AI Consulting for Your Business
Not sure where AI actually fits in your business? We analyze your real processes and tell you honestly what's worth automating — before you build anything.
At BetaZetaDev we’ve spent years building real AI automations — not just talking about AI strategy. That hands-on experience is exactly what makes a diagnostic useful: we know which automation ideas actually work in practice and which ones sound good in a slide but fail in production.
Before recommending anything, we look at your actual processes, your existing tools, and your data — and tell you honestly which parts are worth automating with AI and which aren’t, in what order, and roughly what it would take.
You don’t need to already have an AI strategy. You need someone to tell you, plainly, where it actually makes sense to start.

Real cases
How we automated email support with an AI assistant
A real case: we automated part of WorkIO's technical support using n8n and an AI assistant, documenting the process so a model could reliably resolve inquiries.

A practical look at running AI models locally with LM Studio — no subscriptions, no cloud dependency — and when that approach makes more sense than calling a cloud API.

A real diagnostic-to-implementation example: connecting AI to a database through MCP, so anyone can query it in plain language — no SQL required.

A diagnostic has a fixed, contained scope, but every business has a different number of processes to review. We give you a clear, realistic price range after a first conversation about what you want evaluated — no surprises, no fine print.
FAQ
What does an AI diagnostic actually involve?
We map your current processes, identify which ones are realistic candidates for AI automation, assess whether your data and tools are ready for it, flag any risk or compliance concerns, and hand you a concrete roadmap — with or without us building it.
How long does a diagnostic take?
Typically one to two weeks, depending on how many processes and teams are involved. We scope this with you upfront so there's no open-ended engagement.
Do my technical staff need to be involved?
Ideally yes, at least for a few working sessions — they know the process details we need to evaluate feasibility. We keep the time we ask from your team to a minimum.
Do I have to hire you to implement what the diagnostic recommends?
No. The roadmap is yours to use however you want — with us, with another team, or in-house. Many clients do continue with us for implementation, since we already understand the process by then, but it's never a requirement.
How do you handle confidentiality of our process data?
Everything we review during the diagnostic is covered by confidentiality by default, and we're happy to sign an NDA before starting if your business requires one.
