What processes in my business can be automated with AI?
Generally, any repetitive, rule-based or text-based task: answering support emails or messages, classifying and extracting data from documents or PDFs, syncing information between your CRM/ERP, generating recurring reports, or managing orders and invoicing. If it's manual and repeats, it can probably be automated.
Do I need to already have a CRM, ERP, or system in place?
Not necessarily. We work both by connecting and integrating tools you already use (via their APIs) and by building automations and custom software from scratch when no existing tool fits your process.
What's the difference between using n8n and building a custom automation?
n8n is great for automating workflows and integrations between tools quickly and visually. When a process needs more complex logic, its own interface, or performance and control n8n can't provide, we build custom software instead. Many projects combine both approaches.
How long does it take to launch an AI automation?
It depends on scope: a simple automation (e.g., classifying and answering support emails) can be ready in a few weeks. Processes that integrate multiple systems or require more business logic take longer. We always start with a first conversation to scope the real effort.
